Effective date: 2026-07-20 · Last updated: 2026-11-01
This revision: Section 3 adds how team lead accounts are deleted; Section 10 rewrites how updates to these terms are communicated. 2026-10-21 Revision: adds a clause on the standing of each language version (the Traditional Chinese version prevails; Section 10.1). 2026-10-18 Revision: the Overview, Stats, Odds and Intel tabs of a match page now unlock per match and per tab with Intel Points (before unlocking you can see what each tab contains and a short preview; simulated orders need no unlock); postponed, cancelled or unfinished matches can be refunded like single-match analysis; Section 7 (web and app versions) is updated accordingly. 2026-10-17 Revision: player analysts’ single-match picks are again unlocked per analyst with Intel Points (before unlocking you can see each analyst’s win rate and which markets they played); a rescheduled match must be unlocked again; Section 7 (web and app versions) is updated accordingly. 2026-10-16 Revision: analysts may delete their own account without stepping down first (once every match with sold analysis is settled); a suspended account that cannot log in may request deletion via “Contact us”, and we delete it after verifying identity (Section 3); the “must be unlocked again” note for rescheduled matches is removed (picks were all public then; refund rules for past purchases unchanged, Section 7). 2026-10-14 Revision: analysts’ picks became fully public and were no longer sold per match; Intel Points were used for features such as the AI Analysis Assistant; Section 7 (web and app versions) was updated accordingly (refund rules still apply to analysis unlocked earlier with Intel Points).
